Historic League 1969 Everyone Caucasian

I was looking at some players in a 1969 historic league. I noticed Willie Mays' facegen image was a Caucasian guy, Then I checked some other players.

Everyone is Caucasian.

If I change the facial type to African, the facegen images look good for the players.

In a Standard Game, facial types are correct.

What gives?

Download the 2016 All In One. It includes some really good historical facegens

I didn't know there was a historic facegen pack. Please provide a link.

When I change the players to "African", the facegen faces look pretty good. The problem is all the players are "Caucasian".

Add ons central is located under File. Might have to add a server. Using ctrl-C to copy & ctrl V to paste put this in the server line.

if it's not there - look for historical face gen pack ... there should be two of them. Both are good, though they are a little different/

Go into Add-Ons Central in-game, and click on "Add a server". Paste the link that The Game provided into the "Enter URL to XML file" box. Hit save. Now you should have a bunch of new mods to download and install, one of which should be the "2016 All-in-One Mod (players photos, all logos etc.)".

I started a league in 1961 and took over the Houston Colt 45's, but I'm not having that issue, but here's the problem I'm having. Have you come across this at all? I did report it on the bug forum page.

I took over the Houston Colt 45's, and had my first draft. I had a 20 round draft, and signed my top five picks. None of the 20 players drafted are showing up on minor league rosters? So Rusty Staub as an example, who I drafter number one is nowhere to be found? If you search for him, he will come up and show that he's with Oklahoma City in AAA for Houston, but he's not showing up on their roster? Only the guys from the expansion draft that I demoted to AAA are showing up. And now I'm a few weeks into the season, and they're still not showing up. The players on the roster of course, have stats, but not any of my draft picks.

I'm playing a sim I started in 1969 in OOTP16 that is now in 1970. is there a way to add historical facegen to that sim?

There are no historical 3D parks to my knowledge.
Silvam made some to my knowledge but i hardly used them if at all

Try exiting the game and re entering it 1st. I know i updated my 17 facegens and exited and reentered and the new players i added were fixed.
Been awhile since i have had to update fg's but to my knowledge it's league settings - Players & Facegen - Force update
