3D view slow down

Is there some way to slow down the time between pitches when I'm watching a game in 3D view. The pitches go immediately one after the other and I'd like it to be more life like and take 30 seconds between pitches.

In 3D View, next to the default window there is there is a button to pause after each play. This applies in one pitch mode and pitch by pitch mode.

I think it would be useful to have a pause for x seconds option. Of course the option to click or press a key between plays allows you to stop as long as you like but it would be nice to sit back and watch for GM only and even managers too until you need to intervene without having to press or click between each pitch/at bat as with the pause between play button the 3d action goes at quite a pace particularly in pitch by pitch when there's no actual contact from the batter.

Yeah, that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I have to press a button with this option. I want it to by itself kind of like the real time sim mode.
