Issues with Download File on Windows

This is probably something glaring that i'm overlooking so I apologize in advance..

I really want to give Markus and company my $35 again this year, but when I download the ootp17setup file to my desktop - when I doubleclick to install as usual it asks me to pick a program I want to open the file with and I have options like adobe reader, windows media player, IE, etc.

I've never seen this and i'm not sure whats gone wrong. I have OOTP15 and OOTP16 on this computer, so I'm sure its not something wrong with the computer.

Any help? I want to get the game installed and my money paid!

For some reason the download link from the website is wrong when you use IE. This should work: http://cdnfiles.ootpdevelopments.com...otp17setup.exe
