Is there a way to do fantasy draft with every Historical MLB player?

I second it. Also unretire them all becuase have tryed to do All-Time Royals Roster.

The problem with this (Other than the fact that the draft pool would have nearly 20,000 players in it) is that all the players not drafted would become free agents, then you wouldn't have any players left for future drafts.

Also there are mods out there that have All-Time Teams in a league, not sure if it's OOTP17 ready yet

under quickstarts, ALLTimeMLBquick, it's for OOTP16, I'm sure it will be updated to OOTP17, but until then you could convert it from 16 to 17 until it's ready

Yes their's All-Time Great Quick Start that came with this year's Game but like Cueto,Zobrist should also be on Royals and no way like Ruben Gotay make that Rosters only if I unretire him and put him their.

Is there a way to create rosters out side OOTP so an all time Royals can be created?

The closest I have seen to having all the players from MLB and others is an old one from Captain Walrus. I think I have it on OOTP 14...never updated through the versions....

Maybe in a CVS file meaning going thru all Royals Rosters and deleting all duplicates,a Importing the People,Just unretire all the former Royals but have then like George Brett would even make the Royals Roster.

This could make for an interesting tournament - all historical players ranked by WAR drafted onto 64 teams in a serpentine style draft. I would have to think the AI managers would go crazy trying to manage their pitching since any lineup they'd face would average double digit run production. Mixing all historical eras would be messy, too.

Fun to think about for sure.

I don't think quickstarts can work with the historical exhibition?
