Windows 10 (task bar won't collapse)?

I have it set on auto-hide ,however it still remains at the bottom of the screen. Can't move it too the side either. Any solution too this problem?

Maybe use windowed mode as a last-ditch solution?

I just downloaded Windows 10 last night and I was having the same problem with Windows 7.

Do you know the non-OOTP implications of upgrading to Win10?

nope.

The computer downloaded Windows 10 while I was away because I really didn't want it downloaded but once it started I didn't want too mess with it.

Is there a way to go back to Windows 7 without losing any information?

Windows Explorer might need to be restarted. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to load up Task Manager. On the Processes tab, right click on Windows Explorer (probably under Windows Processes heading) and select Restart.

I tried that. No luck. In the past sometimes that would work.

Do you have some windows 10 message or notification pending. That caused the auto hide to be disabled. Clear the message and autohide resumes.

Just deleted There is a Java update and the task bar collapsed.
