Ballpark Question
I was playing out a game today and i noticed that the Webcast Picture doesn't accurately show things. You can see in the photo that the fence lengths are in the middle of the outfield. How do I fix this?

Team Settings > Edit Ballpark > Ball Locations > choose Diagram Picture & Coordinates from menu just above the Available Actions button.

Did you move the distance markers (WC, WLC, etc.) to the proper positions on the graphic?

Well, it seems to be a problem that did not exist in past versions. I'd post about it in the bug report thread, if I were you.
