IFA signing bonuses not counting against budget properly?

Ron. Minors (Double A) Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 148	IFA signing bonuses not counting against budget properly? You can see here my budget is 130m. I've just finished signing 40m worth of IFAs. My projected expenses are at 144m yet I still have 36.4m available. Second time I've seen this--am I just reading something wrong here? As I was signing the IFAs my available $ was going down, however I got refunded that $ as available after they signed the contracts. Attached Images
