MLB Historical Quick Start

I started a 1972 MLB Historical Quick Start game, however, some of the Minor League logos as well as Minor Team logos are not showing up in the game. I just see the awful default logos.

Since OOTP is officially licensed by MLB, shouldn't the appropriate logos be present in the game?

If it's teams that are now defunct, it's likely the rights to their logos do not rest with the MLB anymore.
