Player Morale Symbols

The little emoticons that indicate the state of a player's morale are much larger in OOTP17 than in the past. Obviously, this is a detail but I wish they were smaller. Does anyone know if it's possible to reduce them in size and if so, how? Is this a by-product of the new skins that came with 17?

The only thing I've tried is changing the font size but that left these symbols unchanged.

You could copy the ones from 16 into the images folders for each skin in 17. Delete the skin.bin file for each skin, then start OOTP.

You will see the "Not Responding" message - let it run, OOTP is rebuilding the skin.bin file with the new images you added. Can take a min or bit less.

Exit OOTP, restart and you're good to go. Do that for each skin.

Note - you may have to right click on the OOTP start icon and "run as admin" if it doesn't work. Also, make sure you downloaded and installed the skins from Addons Central.

I assumed I could follow your directions here but I can't even get started. I can't seem to find a skin.bin, I can't find the emoticons to copy from 16, etc. Can you walk me through this in more detail. Thanks.

The skin.bin files are where OOTP is installed.

Mine in on the C drive-program files-ootp baseball16-data-skins-ootp16 then in images for the emoticons
