Most managers seem to not have good relationships with pitchers

Is this as intended?

I'm guessing they all favour hitting to pitching

There were some managers though who favored hitting by a great deal and they didn't really have bad relationships with pitchers. So it's not for all managers who prefer hitting.

But there are definitely many examples like these where pitchers just don't seem to have good relationships with their managersat all. Large lists of pitchers. How much stock should we put into that? I assume this can negatively affect performance and development.

It's a factor, but I wouldn't necessarily treat it as a make or break. Maybe make sure you have a better pitching coach to make up for that?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. If this is indeed working as intended than that's great, I just wanted to make sure nothing screwy was going on with managers, as in a bug or something.

Thanks, Matt!
