Posted Players Offers disappearing in league file uploads

So our online league discovered this as an issue in 16 and we tested it to see if 17 has the same issue and it does still exist. Basically, offers sent to posted players are disappearing after a new upload. They appear fine in the file of the commish when he logs into the team account that made the offer, but the teams are experiencing no record of their offer when they download the new file. During our test in 17, we had an owner make an offer to a posted player, and I simmed forward and uploaded the new file. He got a message from the posted player, but there is no record of the offer in pending offers and the contract page acknowledges a team in the lead but doesn't show the submitted offer since the team in the lead was the team that opened the contract page. I'll post relevant images below. It appears to be an upload thing and not an import since the commish can see the offer in the account, just not sure what exactly is missing.

1. Shows the Pittsburgh team got a message from the posted player
2. Shows the pending offers is blank however
3. Shows the Pittsburgh team on the posted player's contract page, and the player acknowledging a contract offer from the Grinders, which in fact is the Pittsburgh team, but the player is acting like its another team.
4. Shows the actual offered contract from Pittsburgh, which we simmed to the signing and he still signed even though Pittsburgh had no record of the offer the entire time.

I'm on the beta test team and run the on-line league test. I would like to know more so we can try to test it.

One thing that concerns me is that your messages are not in sync (all the blank messages). That usually means the team is missing messages due to not exporting/importing every sim. So the timing is not clear. There is also the situation where teams start getting other teams messages.

Also, the commish view would show a different view from the team, so the message you showed, if from the commish view would be normal.

You stated it was a posted player, posted from where? In other words how is he different from everyone else.

I assume this is a one off situation, but if there are other instances, could you describe those as well.

Please feel free to upload your league file and post the name here (or pm me), and I can log in and see what's going on under the covers. Ideally while you see a team in this situation (ie. after they have submitted the offer, but before he has signed).

The missing messages are cause I started the test in 17 with a new lg folder with just the settings folder and dat files, so the messages didn't carry over. The posted player was from a separate world league that exists in our fictional game, so unlike the rest of the free agents, he only appears in the posted players screen. This only appears to happen to posted players from the world league. We had an instance last season using 16, and now many users are experiencing it when offering this player pictured above in the full version of our league still in use in 16.
