Double Steals

I've seen this issue in the last few versions of ootp and was hoping it would be corrected with 17.
I play all my games out, having played a couple thousand games since ootp14.

Running a double steal with runners on 1st and 2nd, I have never seen a pitchout, runners take off 100% of the time, never held on base. And the success rate is at least 90% and I run this with average runners all the time

Seem double steals must be coded differently then straight solo steals from 1st or 2nd base.

True, I've never seen a pitchout in that situation and the runners always take off, but the success rate is no way close to 90%...it's more like 50-60% I would say.

doublesteals are easily over 90% successful in the games i play. I dont have a big sample yet for ootp17 yet, but i've tried 12 and they all have been successful. I started tracking them for my new season.
