Prospect Ranking bug

Standard Game, Windows 7

The rankings of prospects is way off, I have a screen shot of the Player Development screen, the Minor League screen and the player that they are ranking as high. The players that are ranked in the 70's, on an 80 scale, should be ahead of the players ranked in the 20's.

Also the Top 100 Prospect list does not match the prospect rankings above. The top 100 prospect list does not make much sense either with players with a 60/80 potential ranked third in front of 6 players with at least a 76 out of 80 rating.
