Setup 2016 but can't find advance to play???

I've gone through all the screens on setting up to play 2016 and I've double and triple checked everything BUT can't find anything to advance and start playing the game.

Any help would be appreciated as the final Advanced Settings screen is just sitting there but where do you go to start playing or getting out of setup??

Sorry to take up space went back to original setup screen and found the little
line with Start in middle of screen. : )

Keeps this old man busy...
