Crash at start up.

I loaded the game, go to create season. When I click on it, it runs through loading files, then says that it has unexpectedly stopped and windows is searching for a cause.
Is there a patch or something to fix this? I'm going crazy.

The most likely cause for this is that the install did not install all of the required files. Please be sure you have anti-virus programs disabled, and you install as an administrator. Try re-installing and see if that fixes your problems.
