If you click on any of the team logos on the right side of the title screen, it will open up that teams official website.

Anyone else notice this?

That's pretty cool, but it could get annoying if you accidentally click it often.

I'm assuming that was part of the agreement with the MLB

I would never have clicked in that area, that's pretty cool. Saves time if you need to check something out quickly with a real team that you are not familiar with. I like it.

I'd imagine this was at the request of the MLB.

Not entirely related, but I know a lot of people complain about sponsorships/ads within games. I've never had a problem if it's realistic and implemented correctly.
