Scheduling Issues
Has anyone else ran into some scheduling issues so far? I'm using two different schedules (16 teams and 8 teams) that have three game series every weekend, April through september/october. Both schedules seemed to just break in the second year.
The 8 team schedule which is set to start on the first friday of april. Started on the 24th and on a Monday. The 16 team schedule seemed fine until the all star game, where it moved from friday to sunday games to monday to wednesday games. Just tried making another league and simming ahead to see if this happened again. It seems to be ignoring the all star date set in my schedule now and automatically putting it in may. The days didnt go wrong in the 16 team though. Also the 8 team schedule ran tuesday to thursday for the second year. slight edit: I had two different 16 team leagues with the schedule to test. One was set to automatically schedule the all star game and the other manual. The manual changed the days to tuesday to thursday as well. While the automatic put the all star game one month into the season. Neither of these are very good options. Any help would be great as this is really messing up the leagues right now.

What's your "automatically schedule ASG" setting?

if you mean the one in the xml its currently set at

If you mean the setting itself its the one in league options under all star game settings. One of them has the box ticked for automatically schedule and this putting it in may. One league has it unticked and this breaks the schedule.

the errors are making slightly more sense now. I noticed that when the new season comes around that the league is loading the wrong schedule. So technically the schedule is loading right, its just not using the correct one. Its using the minor league schedule which has games during the week. So could this be something to do with how the game finds a schedule that matches and its matching the wrong one?
Might help the All star issues too.

for example....if your league for 2016 is named Fancy Pants League and it's level MLB Then you should name your schedule fancy_pants_league_ml_c_2016 OR Fancy Pants League and it's level AAA fancy_pants_league_aaa_c_2016

Did not know it searched leagues by filename but now that you mention it, it seems obvious. I have unticked the box for automatically find schedule and loaded all leagues with the correct ones. I think that should do it. Saved a lot of schedule file duplication anyway. Thanks for the help
