Free Agent Question for the Roster Team

Any chance that players who played in WBCQ games in February and March that aren't players in any of the eight leagues will be added as free agents based upon their talent levels?

It would be nice to some French and German players that are in their respective home leagues

Basically any retired guy that's played pro ball in the last half decade is already in the db, and any others will be in the historical db.

So no, it's not likely we spend time adding retired players to the MLB quickstart.
