Association free agent question

I have 4 major leagues in league association with each other. They play a winners of each of Thais leagues play a championship against each other. Want I want is to keep that as it is however I want only two of those leagues to share a common free agent pool and to trade between each other only. Is that possible?

Is that supposed to say three leagues?

If so then it should be possible. You set the one isolated league to be "NO" for free agents may leave to other leagues, may trade with other leagues, and set the other two leagues to "YES".

I don't remember if there's a setting for may sign free agents from other leagues.

What about checking players can not leave this league and/or no new players from other leagues? Maybe use reserve clause for the 2 leagues? Change the league reputation for the 2 leagues?
In my EBL vs MLB league i also have 4 leagues that play for the association title. MLB, CBF & EBL are all level 10 and are fine, The *** has a different set of rules.
