Manager Uploading from Spritze

So, I may not be new to the game, but I can not figure out how to use Spritze's Database to get managers.

You cant exactly. For MGRS who played MLB import them as you would a player at the age you want them at. retire them, turn into coach. For ones that did not play you are SOL.
