Can this be done - if so - how?

I would like to play OOTP 17 with a 24 team fictional league each with 1 minor league team. I also would like to have a 20 team independent league running alongside (using the same player pool - the independent league salaries would be much lower).

Even though the teams would be fictional, I would like to use the real players (including minor leaguers) and real managers, coaches, and stadiums.

Ideally, none of the teams would have front office personnel except for the owner. They would hire their scout, GM, and coaching staff and then have the fantasy draft.

Is this possible to do and if so how?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sure.

Create a standard game and schedule a fantasy draft. Delete all the minor leagues (which are going to be empty anyways) and edit the MLB league to your liking. Add a minor league to it.

Then you can have your fantasy draft.

Add your independent league and either schedule a FA draft or just let them fill up their rosters by signing players.

Thank you. I have played fictional universes the last couple of years but it is hard at the beginning of the league until getting to know the players. I am hoping this will be the best of both worlds - I will know the players at the beginning of the league and as the years go by fictional players will be drafted and eventually the league will be fictional.

If using 1 level of minors what level is best to use? AAA is closest to the majors but what about newly drafted players? A would be great for the newly drafted but what about the older player on their way down?
