No Spring Training report??

Call me dim, but it just hit me, as I am looking over league news for February 20, 2016 on my OOTP 16, that there is no report of spring training starting! There is free agent signing news and news of players getting injured at home, etc. but where is the news on team trucks leaving their stadium? Where is "Pitchers and Catchers report today!" Where is "Teams Hit Spring Training Today!"
Since the trucks leaving and pitchers and catchers reporting is such a big deal, why isnt it in OOTP?

Yeah, I know that headline is there, but like I said, since the trucks being packed and the pitchers and catchers report before March, I thought it would be cool to start the hype like what happens in real life.
