Nicknames

This is probably something that only I am interested in, but I'd like to be able to have more freedom with nicknames (placing them ahead of the name, after it, in the middle, all of the above, etc.).

For example

Steve Lyons And Tigers And Bears, Oh My
James Teenage Mouton Ninja Turtles
Heathcliff Slocumb if ya got 'em
Ground Control to David Toms
Hey! You! Get Off of Mike Cloud
Donald the Butler did it

etc

You can already do that - simply edit the players name. Be sure and press enter after making changes or they won't stick.
