Minor League Doubleheaders

Returning to the game after playing it 5 years ago and have enjoyed it a lot.

Would like to see an option at the league level to set double headers to 7 inning games as they are in most if not all of minor league baseball.

Would be nice, and technically there should be three options for a doubleheader: two 9-inning games, one 9-inning game followed by a 7-inning game, or two 7-inning games. All three of these have been used at various times.

Unfortunately for items such as this, OOTP has the mindset where it treats the minor leagues as being functionally identical to the major leagues. This is simply not right, as the minors are an entirely different thing from the majors, especially in terms of league operations. The way minor leagues schedule playoffs, the typical attendance for post-season games, the way postponements are handled, the rate of postponements, the attendance patterns, all of these areas are notably different than in the major leagues. But OOTP does not recreate this.

It's been an annoyance of mine with the game for some time now.
