Snowball 2: Let's put 3 more MLB teams in Canada

This will be a sequel to my old (failed) dynasty. Basically I will be using Fyrestorm's Future MLB set (With my own additions) and see what happens when you put teams in Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal. Also I will be instituting a salary cap because I am a syrup drinking communist that hates freedom. In 2018 I will add Montreal and Calgary via expansion, and move the Padres to Vancouver (everyone hates San Diego).
I will update as I progress, now let's go ruin baseball! :eatpop

NEW YORK -- Today the new Commissioner of Baseball, Canadian Richard Winters, held a press conference. As many now last march he became the first Canadian and first person with a disability to hold that position, also the youngest at 16. Nobody is sure why he was chosen to hold that position, Richard himself credits the late Richard Nixon for some reason. At the press conference winter announced that for the 2015 season the league would have a salary cap of $100,000,000 USD or 140,000,000 loonies for the Toronto Blue Jays. After this announcement many people wondered if he signed a new CBA with the Players' Union, they denied saying "[Winters] is an unstable, deranged, megalomaniac who should be back in School and not running this league". Winters released a letter saying "The Players' Union is actually a front for a communist conspiracy... just kidding about all that, I am just playing around with rules for no reason".
