Sitting here, playing a new OOTP 16 BoSox franchise...and wondering, who is YOUR pick for best Scouting Director? I've had luck getting Friedman into the role...and some other dudes. But please, list your nominations HERE!

Logan White has some of the best ratings for guys available at the start of game, I usually pick him up for mine.
