Can we get support for high DPI screens

As referenced in this thread

My non technical take on this is that OOTP does not support smaller screens that have a high pixel counter per inch

You cannot run at the native resolution and also run full screen.
This causes the game to scale weirdly with fuzzy text and logos and looks bad all around.

A work around is that most smaller screens with high DPI have it set so that everything is 'blown up' to 125%
However, almost every other game ignores this as this only applies to Windows and web browsers.
OOTP seems unable to deal with this without setting it back to 100% which is a poor solution since It makes text and icons too small to read even with young eyes.

Tablets and 2 in 1s are becoming more and more popular and OOTP will need to address this and provide proper support for these screens without a work around.

Thank you

I want to bump this because I have really wanted to get OOTP17 now that I have my new SP4 - but OOTP16 was such a nightmare for my aging eyes, I don't want to buy the game until I know I can play it without getting a headache 10 minutes in.

If you play around with the fonts, you can get *some* improvement here. Still, kinda squinty, tho.
