Setting Post Season Roster - Or Trying To Atleast
After having won the west for the second straight year, I am hoping not to be swept out of the playoffs again but things look bleak. I have my roster set at 25 players but when I start game 1 of the ALCS (1988 league) I only have 17 players on my roster. I am baffled at what the issue is. I really need my full roster. Anybody seen this before or have any ideas?
I even tried adding other players, so I actually have more than 25 players on the roster and nothing, still the same 17 players are all that show up. I have no filter on, so I am confident I am seeing everybody the game thinks is available. As of now, the playoffs have been suspended! Do I need to file a bug report? |

And I figured it out myself. I needed to go to the roster screen where there is a different Playoff Roster that needs to be filled out. I believe the game took me there automatically last season because I had more than 25 players on my active roster. This year I trimmed down prior and so it did not show me this screen. I will file that away.

Glad you posted this. I've been meaning to do a playoff roster primer for some time but coincidentally I missed the playoffs the last 4 seasons in my league.
![]() Everything starts with this screen and it's not intuitive. I'll probably start a new thread and link back to this. Stay tuned.
