No expansion draft in 70 when Vancouver and Buffalo join league

Hi... this has happened before and I thought it was being addressed... but
after starting a historical league in 68-69.. those 2 teams get added to league in 70.... they draft first and second in expansion draft... but there is no expansion draft held.... is this turned off or something? the exansion draft is
not listed in events for the month of june or july...... any help would be appreciated...

I'm curious. Do you have the league set up that players will end up on the team they were historically drafted to? For example Gretzky will go to the Oilers? If that's the case that may be why there was no expansion draft. All the players that were suppose to go on those two teams just went there.

No... as far as I knew I had it set up for drafting players.... the 2 teams were created.. but no expansion draft... only amateur draft ....after a few weeks.. no FA signings.. no nothing..
nothing listed for events also

Are you sure you enabled the expansion drafts when you set up the game? If that box isn't ticked, there won't be an expansion draft. I just tried it and did get the draft in 1970.

Hmm..

I made another historical league..and made sure the expansion draft box
was checked...this time it worked fine.... I'm assuming I didn't check it before..

Sounds like it. I think we need to change that so it's checked by default.
