Available draft picks

Is there someplace to go in game to see which draft picks you own for the upcoming 2-3 seasons?

Your own untraded or those you have acquired.

The Trade Offer screen is the easiest place, open that and you'll be able to review exactly which picks you have. We should probably show them somewhere that's a little quicker to get to, though.
