Goaltender rotation

Would be nice to have some sort of control over when the backup goalie plays. Something along the line of "Only when started tired", "Every 5 games", "3rd game in 3 nights", ... or similar.

Especially when a team has two quality net-minders there needs to be a way to get them both playing time without having to adjust the depth chart constantly.

I like this idea, especially for online leagues. I more than always start my backup in the event my starting goaltender has two straight losses. After the backup losses two straight then I rotate back to my starter again.

I seem to get a nice rhythm going in my simulations when doing so

I've got some plans in this area. Something along these lines, but a little more elaborate, like a basic set of rules to guide your staff in choosing their goalies according to common conventions like not starting a guy on consecutive nights, always going back to the same goalie after a shutout, etc.
