1.7 Old Database Version error !

Okay, I installed the 1.7 patch and it won't load my previously saved games. I get that 'Old Database' error message. Don't tell me this patch is NOT compatible with the previous version !

I wouldn't expect a totally revamped game engine to be compatible with previous saves!
