Is the License Server not Working?

I used my 2 licenses for FHM2014 for 2 pc's (windows). One of the pc's died, but before it's tragic death I thought I unlicensed FHM2014. I have tried to license the game on another windows computer but the license engine says "Game cannot be activated. Please try again in a few minutes."

Of course I retried several times with the same result.

If I have used both licenses, how do I go about freeing one of them? If I haven't, what's going on with the licensing?

The only reason why I care about this at this time is that I wish to have one computer running the new FHM2 (when released) and the other running FHM2014. I need info from the old game for input into the new game and this would the best way (since there will be no import function in the new game).
