I tried to post to the tech support thread, but the site won't let me for some reason.

I had windows 10 installed this morning but forgot to make a backup of my files. I just allowed it cause I don't have anything important on my laptop. I was in a rush this morning to get to my congregation. I reasoned microsoft wouldn't install it w/o prompting you to make a backup of files. And the main reason, I'm a techno boob.

So now I can't find any of my game saves for OOTP, among some other things. I had to go to Steam & re download the game. For some odd reason, the Jersey, Cap & Logo creator made it through the update.

Anyway I can find what I had before the update?

Please disregard. I helped MS tech support find my files.

Maybe you could post your solution so others in the same boat might find the answer quicker?

File Explorer>This PC>C:>windows.old>Users

My old files were there.
