Clinched playoff spot & Position...should I rest players?

This is an online league. We do 7 day sims. I cliched a wild card spot this last sim with one week left. I also cannot move up or down in seeding.

I want to rest my players to avoid injury, but should I do it, or will they get "rusty" in the game by having 7 days off?

Don't give 'em 7 days off. Use your 7-day lineups and the bench feature to stagger who is off, maybe in a 3/4 day sequence in alternating games.
