Can I set OSA as my default scouting?

So, I have scouting on & have a scout, but was curious if I could make it so that OSA is my default scouting when I'm looking at a list of players?

Setting scouting to 100% accurate effectively does this, I think.

No, that would eliminate the "fog" altogether.

Only way to do what you are suggesting, I think, is to fire your scout. Don't have your own scout and what you get is OSA scouting.
