Fictional 16 Quick start

Hi all. I'm after a fictional quick start. Reasonably happy with the start date (ideally 60s/70s/80s) and would like the financials set appropriately to the start date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have my aBF league which right now is in 1949 will be available when i get to 1950. Some real players but mostly fictional. All MLB cities although team names are different with PCL indy league.
see my dynasty thread for more info. If you want it let me know I have not played it in some time but will get it running again soon.
