New League - How to reset experience to 0 years.?

Brand new league. How do I reset all coaches, scouts, etc.. experience to 0 years? I only want their experience to be what they do in the league.

Also, has anyone notice that releasing coaches and scouts, that scouts, in staff search, are still attached to original teams and have to be fired. They do not appear in the team's scouts page - strange....

Several versions ago, I started a league this way. You can do it by going into game settings and selecting reset service time of all players. Beware though, the consequence of this is that all players will make the league minimum for three years. This leaves a glut of free money floating around. Once players start hitting free agency, salary demands get ridiculous.

Thank You! Familiar with setting players to 0 service time and erasing league history. My question is the coaches, general managers, trainers and scouts.....

Oh, whoops. Sorry. I was down by the pool reading the forum on an Iphone screen and I missed that.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Not sure how to do that, apart from jumping into commish mode and editing them all one at a time.

that will affect all of the personell's reputations i believe. i am not sure what affect that has on the game, but something to keep an eye on.

I always start at 1871 and play one from there when I get a new OOTP each year :-) I was up to 1910 with OOTP16 before I found some bugs that made me go OOPS... As soon as next patch comes out going back to 1871 again.

I realized since I start at 1871 coaches with experience don't exist yet as far as experience in my league are concerned. Yes, reputations go away as well. But I want to see how their reputations change as they gain experience in my league. :-)

In my experience, they go from "unknown" to "inexperienced" quickly, then it takes a couple of seasons in some cases for them to go to whatever their final or "true" rep is overnight. Like, BAM. One day, inexperienced, next day good, or whatever.

Yeah I did this too and ended up with 1/2 of my league being free agents once their minimums were up. Completely ruined a good league I had going
