Accomplishment Setting - Single Season Accomplishment

I'm looking for suggestions on how to view the accomplishment setting. Is this something that you set the bar "high" so only once in a while someone has a season qualifying for the W, HR, or RBI level? Or, do you set it relatively lower so you have someone achieve it almost each year?

Right now I have a fictional league and pre-simulated 18 years 4 different times (i.e. same league copied 4x's and simulated each one 18 years). I'm toying around with the idea that the average qualification should be such that on average you only have a player appear once ever 3 years - so in an 18 year league, you'd likely have around 6 players show up for each accomplishment. In an 80 game season, that's around 27 HR, 75 RBI's and 13 or 14 Wins.

I'm looking for thoughts or suggestions as to how you use this setting.
