Commish Options Suddenly Not Working

I've tried so many different things, and actually got it working again last night by grabbing the commish data file from my assistant commish. Now today, it doesn't work again.

I can do everything in the Online League FTP Options besides upload the league file and reports. I get the message that although the test completed, "OOTP could not connect to simsportsglobal.com."

Here are my settings:
2015-07-15_1741 - mradamski80's library

They match EXACTLY what the assistant commish has, and also what DID work last night when I uploaded.

It was a wrong password.
