Next Update / OOTP 17

I relly like Custom Lineups. Anything in the works to add features when managing them?
It would be great if they could be sorted in some way, instead of always being listed by creation date.
Being able to drag and drop them into position would be very sweet.

Will there be a fix to displaying standings incorrectly, (using Games Back), and do it the way MLB always has, by Winning Percentage?

It displays the winning percentage and games back for me. Not sure I get your problem.

Yeah not sure I understand the standings issue.

I assume the standings issue is which order to place teams, if one team is say 4-1, and the other team is 7-2. The team that's 7-2 is 1 game ahead of the team that's 4-1 (5 games over vs 3 games over), but has a lower winning pct. It doesn't generally come into play except if the number of games is vastly different for both teams, but the current way is mostly to simplify magic numbers and clinch statuses.

Here's the original post, with screenshots, showing the issue with the standings. I really, hope this is corrected.
Even if it never does effect standings at the end of the year, (so I'm told), displaying MLB standings by GB is incorrect, and not the way MLB has ever shown them,
regardless of games played. MLB rules define standings by Winning Percentage.
Although OOTP does not log how many days a team is in first place, it does effect that stat, by potentially showing a first place team not in first place, thus,
ruining the streak the team held that position, (or any position), in the standings. It is also visually dis-pleasing.

i'm all for being realistic, but i think you are blowing this a little out of proportion, while being a little rude about it.

it's visually displeasing to my eye that you used "effect" incorrectly. however, i am not asking you to fix it in a demanding and slightly rude way, and it's a more egregious error than the standings. at least the standings "error" adheres to some basic logic, while "effect" does not logically fit what you were trying to communicate.

also, i'm fairly certain "days in first place" (or any position) is not an official stat. so certain that i am not even going to look it up. so, it doesn't affect anything except your OCD.

Because it's never to late to say thanks:
I haven't seen this problem occur since I believe one of the
16.8.xx updates, so I'll presume this was fixed and a big thank you. Thanks Matt and team.
