Deleting the no-trade clause

How do I go about doing this? Looked about in the settings but can't seem to find how to do it, I've got rid of the 10/5 already but the option to disable the no-trader is alluding me, thanks in advance.

There is no option to disallow no trade clauses.

I was sure I had disabled it in an earlier save but had just lost it right at the start of the game, guess I'll just need to use the editor and delete them single-handedly, thanks anyway.
