I Screwed Up and...
accidentally deleted a player from a team. Is there any way to un-delete him??

If you actually deleted him I don't think there is.

Is it a historical league? If so, you can re-import him.

You can also restore from a recent backup if you have one.

Don't forget that, as commissioner, you can recreate the player including his stats if you have those and you know how to do that. As they said about the Six Million Dollar Man, "We can rebuild him. We have the technology. We can make him better than he was. Better...stronger...faster."

Well, if you are the commissioner, then you can go to the List of Players (League Menu, Player Info, List all Players) and choose any schlump to edit from head to heels to mirror your man. If you want to be pristine, however, go to the Free Agents list instead and select Create Fictional Player(s) from the Available Actions menu. Create one player and take note of the name so that you can find the person to edit him. Thankfully, you don't care about the stats because that is where the difficulty lies.

If you have a recent backup you could restore that too.

Or if you didn't want to restore and lose your progress you could make a back-up now.
Then restore. Go to that player. Get all his data. Exit. Then restore the back-up you just made and create the player from scratch.
