Possible or no?

I wanted to start a league with an inaugural draft (2015 MLB rosters preferred) where all the leagues get associated and share the inaugural draft. This is no problem, but I wanted the leagues to all have their fiances not the same (the lower rep leagues get less money).

I can make the teams all have their respective league budgets fine, but all the players have super low demands (the highest was 80,000 for Clayton Kershaw)

I wanted to have all the teams in the world have a chance at any player in the world, but unless your in a top end league you wont get the best players because you cant afford them, but you could grab top end prospects.

The game is going to give all the players the demands of the lowest league if you set it up that way. Otherwise the lowest leagues won't be able to afford anyone.

To get somewhat what you are wanting to do try this. Don't associate the leagues have the inaugural draft. Then release all the players. Once you do that have your leagues do a FA draft from highest reputation league (bigget finances) to the lowest. One day at a time. That will keep the best talent at the top and it will trickle down from there.
