Why isn't Pat Venditte a switch pitcher in the game?

Basically from previous threads on this I believe it was said it simply isn't in the game at this time for someone to switch pitch.

Think about the coding that would have to be involved, just to simulate one player. The game would have to be taught to recognize a third category of pitcher. It's certainly not the most complicated bit of code, but the payoff would be just a single player. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets included in the future, especially if we eventually see more switch pitchers, but right now, Venditte's an aberration, and while it would be awesome to see him correctly modeled in the game, it makes sense for them to not bother right now.

it wouldn't be anything major to add that. Regardless, i am glad they opted to allocate resources elsewhere.

if some guy does it, and he is a stud, you can bet it will be in all the baseball games the following year no matter what.
