Install won't initialize...

When I attempt to install v5 I get the message:
Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 21968078, size returned 18804736. Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

The program then halts and I am forced out.
My computer 1.8Ghz Pentium IV, 500+ Ram, lots of open hard drive space.
HELP!!!
