Standrad Game using all leagues

Hi all, I'm new to the game and was just sort of playing around for a bit, and I noticed you can use all leagues in a standard game, which expands the total player pool. I was wondering though, if i used this option, does using the MLB team's rules/season impact what happens? Will Cuban and Japanese players still become available in the offseason? Same for INTL FA's?

availability all depends on the ai and contracts with players. you may want to change/review rules in those leagues regarding free agents leaving.

espcially cuba, because of the recent political changes.

international discoveries and international amateur free agents are a different animal than free agents from international leagues. so, i'd leave those on. these are the 'kids' that your scout finds and the international amateur free agents.
