Personality Filter

Would love to be able to filter by personality. That way I can skip the low work ethic low leadership types.

I like the filter idea. As for skipping certain personality traits, you would be missing out on many good players and by extension some playoff appearances possibly.

You can create your own view for personality. It can be saved for future use. Here's mine. Sorry for the wide image.

Very valid point. However on my team a Very Low Work Ethic means zero chance.

Prime example of my previous post for filter enhancement, if you can put it in a view it needs to be in the list of filterable ratings/attributes, the list should be the same in both
