Can I tell you something? I used to be 1998 Yankees [I switched to this persona with the approval of moderators]. Look up the post count on that character and add it to this one . . . I talk WAY TOO MUCH.

No, I asked to change my name because "Yankees" really irritates some people here, or it used to. Not that I was ashamed of my fanhood - far from it - but it got in the way. Clowns would post-bomb with the usual Yankee hate nonsense.

EDIT: Oh, again. You mean the post count? No, I didn't ask. Really, after a while the number of posts is nothing to be proud of; maybe even an embarrassment.

If you do restart it, I would like to see Eugene Church interviewed... I would think he's the biggest "celeb" and certainly the most interesting guy you haven't done.

You should interview those in post 1, but also interview some new people.

I second this. I've "known" Eugene since I first started here back in 2006 (in my former persona) and even then it seemed he had already contributed so much to this game. Plus, he's a perfect forum gentleman which, my own occasionally boorish habits aside, I value highly. He's a good example for all of us to follow.

I was always more of a lurker in the Islandia thread, but we've started messaging a bit since he opened The State Line League, and EC is one of the true gentlemen of the internet. I sincerely hope we can get this done!!
