Expansion Teams not getting All-Stars (modern expansion)
Hey guys. I started a standard MLB game, then I expanded the league by two and held an expansion draft. I'm in control of the Las Vegas Aces in the NL West, and the Mexico City Aztecs joined the AL Central.
I'm in year 4, and neither of the two expansion teams have had an all-star yet, or had anyone on the voting list that gets released before the rosters are announced. Both teams have had some very good players, but no one great enough that I could absolutely say something is wrong. Just wondering if anyone has noticed this? Is this an actual thing, maybe caused by something I did, or are these players just not popular enough? Any insight would be great. |

Five minutes after I make this post, my Closer gets named as a reserve.
Still though, is there not supposed to be one player from every team each year? Or does OOTP not follow that rule? |

OOTP does not follow that rule. At least not yet. I know it has been requested in the past to someday be added.

You can always set the roster size higher for the all-star team. I have mine set at 34 players for each league rather than the default 25
